This building is a state of the art facility with the extensive use of tilt panel construction, heated floors and extensive offices with mezzanine flooring above.

This building consists of 4 factories with fire wall dividing the boundaries and we completed all works including the earth works and vast areas of concrete car parking.

This project was completed in late 2012 and had a project value of $1.8 million dollars.
