This project included the demolition of the existing warehouse, installation of fire rated walls to existing building and extensive ceilings to face lift the older existing building.

A new building was then erected beside the existing with a floor area of approx. 2250m² complete with a 10 ton overhead crane.

This project had a value of $1.6 million dollars and was completed in 2007.
