This project involved the demolition of four warehouses with a combined floor area of approx. 6000 m².

The site was completed cleared in order to make way for a new shopping Centre.

This project was run from start to finish by the director Tim Mitchell and involved working near high voltage power lines, extensive asbestos removal and deep excavation removing the in ground fuel tanks on site.

This project was completed in 2009 with a project valve of approximately $480 000.
